Hello!

My name is Christina, and I am the founder and owner of Haven Ridge Counseling, LCSW, PLLC. I have been a licensed provider since 2014 and have worked with many individuals and their families in a variety of settings. I also know what it is like to be a human with a myriad of emotions and experiences! I have trained in several evidence-based modalities to better serve others as a therapist, and I continue to invest heavily in training and education.

All services are collaboratively curated and delivered in a way that is person-centered to address your specific needs and goals. At this time, services are delivered virtually and securely through a HIPAA-compliant platform. Virtual services have been shown to be as effective as in-person therapy for many, and every effort will be made to help you to feel comfortable and safe during therapy sessions.
